Major Regulatory Correspondence

Major correspondence refers to communications prepared by the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM), engineering consultants to The Narragansett Electric Company, The Narragansett Electric Company, or other parties. Among the documents in this section are comments provided on submittals to RIDEM and subsequent responses, regulatory approvals, Letters of Responsibility (LOR) issued by RIDEM, and public notifications.
